The success of a product depends on how well the team works together. When people feel seen and respected, they enjoy their work and get more engaged. This in turn creates a balanced workload for everyone and leaves room for creativity, innovation, and eventually, success.
While having a process is important, the path may change depending on our goal. Product design is like a toolkit, and we need to be adaptable in choosing the right tools and adjusting our plan as needed.
I believe design is an ongoing process because there's always room for improvement, updates, or evolution. The key is to keep learning and applying. It's not about being perfect but adapting to the user and business needs.
What often sets average design apart from great design are small details. We must be able to quickly identify the important details and then make good decisions on which ones matter to users. From Research to Visual Design, attention to detail makes the difference at every stage of the product process.
